Giving Tuesday

Participate in GivingTuesday by donating to Crohn's and Colitis Canada. This year, we want to inspire your giving and help you meet your annual deadline (which contributes to your tax deductions). Make your gift early. Make your gift in honor of someone this holiday season!

What better way to say you want to stop Crohn's and colitis than to empower some of the world's best research while transforming lives today and tomorrow?

What is Giving Tuesday?

GivingTuesday is a day for the charitable sector, businesses and individuals. Its goal is to encourage all Canadians to come together to make donations and volunteer for charities of their choice. GivingTuesday was created by 92nd Street Y, which led this effort in partnership with the UN Foundation. GivingTuesday was first launched in Canada in 2013. It is an initiative of GIVE3 and CanadaHelps.org with 15 founding partners. More than 1,300 partners from the charitable, foundation and business sectors joined Canada's first annual GivingTuesday event. To find out more, visit the website here.

When is Giving Tuesday?

Tuesday I Give takes place on the first Tuesday after American Thanksgiving each year. This year the event takes place on Tuesday November 28, 2023.
