Add Your Voice to Crohn’s and Colitis Canada's Strategic Renewal

Crohn’s and Colitis Canada is committed to finding the cures for Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis and improving the lives of children and adults affected by these chronic diseases. As one of the top-two charity funders of Crohn’s and colitis research in the world, we are working hard to transform the lives of those affected by these diseases through research, patient programs, advocacy, and awareness.

We have embarked upon a strategic planning process to set a direction for the future that is informed by you, our close and committed stakeholders, supporters, and partners.

No matter where you are and how you’re connected to Crohn’s or colitis, we want to hear from you!

All those closely affiliated with our mission – including but not limited to patients, donors, volunteers, advocates, fundraisers, researchers, healthcare providers, and employees – are invited to take 15-20 minutes to complete this anonymous survey that will help us shape our future priorities.

START THE SURVEY NOW!

The survey will be available until Thursday, January 27, 2022

If you have any questions about the survey or our strategic renewal process, please contact Helen Culbert at ea@crohnsandcolitis.ca.

Thank you for your generosity, commitment, and continuous support!
