You're not alone: the Halton Region has a vibrant Crohn’s and colitis community, made up of people with inflammatory bowel disease, families, volunteers, and more. Throughout the year, we come together at meetings and events like the Gutsy Walk to share experiences, raise funds and heighten awareness.

There are an estimated 3,300 people with Crohn’s disease or ulcerative colitis in the Halton area. We understand the challenges you and your family may be facing – because we face them, too.

Halton Region Chapter Meeting

The Halton Region Chapter of Crohn's and Colitis Canada meets on the 1st Wednesday of every month. Come on out to meet and connect with others living with, or supporting someone with, Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis! Connect with us to find out what is coming up in your community, from education events, to social opportunities and more! All are welcome! For more information on the chapter please contact Shelby Hemingway at shemingway@crohnsandcolitis.ca.
