You’re not alone: Grande Prairie has a supportive Crohn’s and colitis community, made up of people with inflammatory bowel disease, families, volunteers, and more. Together, we share experiences, raise funds at the Gutsy Walk and heighten awareness.

There are an estimated 500 people with Crohn’s disease or ulcerative colitis in the Grande Prairie community. We understand the challenges you and your family may be facing – because we face them, too.

Grande Prairie Chapter Meeting

Please join us for our monthly Peer/Chapter Meeting.

These illnesses are much more manageable when the community comes together, shares, and learns from one another.
The Crohn's and Colitis Canada chapter meetings are a time for the IBD community to come together to support each other. Our focus is to create awareness of these diseases locally, improve the lives of those living with Crohn's and colitis, to grow our volunteer base and to raise funds to invest in research, patient programs, advocacy and awareness.

The meetings are a time to share experiences and both give and receive support. Time will be set aside during each chapter meeting for networking and discussing topics relevant to living with Crohn's disease and/or ulcerative colitis.

Our Agenda:

-Introductions (7:00)
