You're not alone: the Waterloo Region has a vibrant Crohn’s and colitis community, made up of people with inflammatory bowel disease, families, volunteers, and more. Throughout the year, we come together at meetings and events like the Gutsy Walk to share experiences, raise funds and heighten awareness.

There are an estimated 3,600 people with Crohn’s disease or ulcerative colitis in the Waterloo Region area. We understand the challenges you and your family may be facing – because we face them, too.

Kitchener/Waterloo Chapter Meeting

The Kitchener/Waterloo Chapter of Crohn's and Colitis Canada meets on the 2nd Wednesday of every month. Come on out to meet and connect with others living with, or supporting someone with, Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis! Connect with us to find out what is coming up in your community, from education events, to social opportunities and more! All are welcome!

May Speaker: Kim Holmes with My Fit Coach Online Personal Fitness Training will be joining us to talk about exercise and chronic illness - what you can do and when you should stop. Also, awesome ways to work at home, near your own bathroom!
