On the Right Tract Session #8

Session #8 -  Making Stress Your Friend: Managing stress with a chronic illness (open to youth ages 13-17 only)
Session will cover understanding stress and what it does for your body, changing our way of looking at stress, stress-reducing techniques and putting together a self-care box. Beverages and snacks will be provided. Come meet other youth with Inflammatory Bowel Disease!

f you have not done so already, please arrive approx. 15 minutes early (5:45 p.m.), with your parent/guardian, to sign consent forms prior to participating in the session.
