Session #6 - ‘Chronic’ Relationships: Building relationships with a chronic illness (open to youth ages 14-17 yrs. only). Session will cover recognizing quality relationships, improving communication, building your own IBD story. Come meet other youth with Inflammatory Bowel Disease! Beverages and snacks will be provided. If you have not done so already, please arrive approx. 15 minutes early (5:45 p.m.), with your parent/guardian, to sign consent forms prior to participating in the session
